A relaxing and revitalising morning to remember at the stunning Crystal Lake. The centre is situated in a secluded location and surrounded by the beauty of nature. Within the 17 acre site there is a 7 acre lake…where the sun glistens on the surface, the birds sing and the dragonflies dance. The lake nestles upon a bed of calcite crystals which are known to have therapeutic benefits.
Come and Join Iza at the lakeside beneath the beautiful Oak Tree, for a deeply relaxing flow of Nature Inspired Music, Meditation and Mindfulness. Connecting with The Energy and Wisdom of the Elements for the Well Being of Mind Body and Soul…
The session will be followed by a refreshing and revitalising Open Water Swim (or paddle!) in the Crystal lake.
The swim is suitable for experienced open water swimmers or beginners.
We will then relax on the lakeside patio cafe with hot drinks and cake!

Morning schedule:
8:45am arrive and register and head to the Oak Tree at The Lakeside
9am-10:30 Lake side Music, Meditation and Mindfulness
10:30-11:30 Lake Swim or paddle!
11:30 Hot drinks and cake at the Patio Cafe
£42 inclusive
