Held in Sacred Space, we invite you to lie back, relax and be guided into a deep place of soul connection, peace, bliss and healing.
Whilst Iza’s voice, music and intuitive sound healing gently permeates mind, body and soul, Becka’s treatment, combining massage and targeted pressure points on the face or feet, will melt away stress and anxiety and restore inner balance.
A unique, magical and blissful experience awaits you.
You will also be provided with a warming drink at the end of the session to bring you back round in a gentle way before you leave.
Optional feedback notes on your treatment will be available from Becka as well as a discount code for a future 1hr treatment.

IMPORTANT INFO:
Please arrive 10-15 mins early so you can get settled and comfortable and then we can start as promptly as possible.
Please bring a yoga mat or camping mat AND EXTRA PADDING so that you can fully relax and be comfortable, as you will be lying down on a wooden floor for the duration of the session. Bring a blanket to go over you, a pillow, and if you suffer with any back problems, a cushion to go under your knees.
please bring an eye mask if you have one. I do a have a few eye masks if you want to borrow one. Creating black out can deepen the experience.
Please bring plenty water with you. It’s good to hydrate afterwards.
